The largest Philippine flag unfurled





It was unfurled at Athletic Bowl, Burnham Park, Baguio City to commemorate the Independence day.

Part of the largest Philippine flag, measuring 100 meters by 200 meters, and made of 14,900 yards of Taffeta nylon cloth, 1,250 yards of satin, and 70 yards of canvas. It required 18 rolls each of white, red, and blue thread, and 12 rolls of yellow gold thread. It weighs 3.8 metric tons.
